Why Elephants?
The elephants symbolise strength. Herding Together uses strength based approaches to community building, corporate training, community development and any other work we undertake.
Elephants, like people, have a natural instinct to live and socialise in herds. Like us the herd protects them. The herd builds cohesion, a group where members use their strengths and assets for the benefit and survival of the group.
The elephants are moving forward. Herding Together is working to further the development of good community and strong organisations. It works to build a future vision for both community and corporate.
Finally, the last elephant has its trunk upturned signifying a positive approach in the work of Herding Together.
